Bond yields in the US are heading higher. See the chart below.
US 10 year yields have retested the March low and are heading higher. It has moved above the 50 day moving average. Bond prices move inversely to yields. So bond prices are falling. This normally is bullish for Equities as people are confident and are selling Bonds and buying Equities.
Keep an eye on bond yields. A sustained increase in yields will spell better days for Equities ahead.
